At iGrow we value healthy eating. Our menu is compiled of healthy meals and snacks for your growing toddler and preschooler. Our menu’s are balanced, offer variety and quality food products, while remaining child friendly.

Packing a wholesome lunch for school
Food, what is allowed?
Only nutritious food is allowed in your child’s lunch. Please take the time to pack a healthy lunchbox. Please send in real fruit, not fruit in syrup. Please send in whole grain breads or other whole grain items. Please send in yogurt that does not contain high fructose corn syrup. Please send in cheese, meat, vegetables, pasta, popcorn, crackers, pretzels, homemade foods, or any dinner leftovers that your child would enjoy for lunch.
Food, what is not allowed?
We do not allow any sweets, potato chips, “fruit” chews, or any foods made with high fructose corn syrup (check your child’s food ingredients please), juice boxes, squeezable foods made to be squeezed directly into the mouth. Take away foods, processed foods, cakes, cookies, sugary boxed cereals (fruit loops, chocolate cheerios etc) or any items that are not wholesome and nutritious. Items mentioned here will be sent back home.
At iGrow we take healthy eating seriously! We limit sugar intake and a new menu is introduced each term.
Our menu is designed to be child friendly, balanced and varied. The menu changes seasonally to allow for the introduction of new and seasonal foods. Fruit and vegetables are a part of our everyday life, providing the little ones with the nutrition they need to grow and thrive.
Parents can benefit from the ease of having their child on the meal program. Parents have the peace of mind that their children are fed healthy snacks and meals without all the effort.
