Enrolment Process
How to Join the iGrow Community
We’re excited that you’re considering iGrow for your family.
Start your journey by getting in touch to arrange a personalised school tour or by joining us at one of our open days. This is the best way to experience our environment and see what makes iGrow unique.
Apply online by completing our application form. Once submitted, you’ll receive a registration link with all the necessary enrolment documents. Please ensure all sections are completed, as only fully submitted applications can be processed.
Get to know us—if you haven’t yet visited, we’ll schedule a school tour with you. This important step allows us to connect, answer your questions, and ensure that iGrow is the right fit for both your child and your family.
Confirmation & enrolment—once we’ve established that iGrow is the ideal environment for your child, we’ll confirm acceptance. To secure your child’s place, the required payment will need to be completed.
Please note: All school tours are conducted by appointment only.

General Admissions Policies
The academic year typically runs from the second week of January to the second week of December. Our term dates align with those set by the Department of Education. School fees are calculated annually and structured across four academic terms.
2026 School Calendar:
Term 1 14 January – 27 March
Term 2 8 April – 26 June
Term 3 21 July – 23 September
Term 4 6 October – 11 December
Additional info
Spaces that become available during the school year will be filled from the Wait list. If no wait list exists, the school will advertise open spaces through Facebook or on the website.
All admission and enrolment forms must be completed and accounts must be current prior to your child’s first day of attendance and/or the first day of the new school year.
The school retains the right to make decisions regarding enrolment and classroom makeup and placement based on the needs of individual children and/or the larger school community.
